1. Returns
- Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.
- Wholesale Orders: Returns on wholesale or custom bulk orders are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. Please contact your account manager directly within 3 days of receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
- Undergarments or innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to improper washing, ironing, or mishandling by the customer.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
- You can either drop off the item at our designated locations or hand it over to our assigned delivery rider during a scheduled pickup (pickup fees may apply).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or via Mobile Financial Services (e.g., bKash, Nagad) as agreed upon.
- Note: Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was delivered due to our error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately.
